Justwendy Thematics Stamps has been online since 1999 and is proud its reputation of providing the best in customer service to the many hundreds of stamp collectors we have been priviledged to serve in that time. Indeed many have become not just customers but great friends over the past years. We hope to build on our reputation for fast, competent ( we are only human and we do occasionally slip ) but above all FRIENDLY service in meeting the needs of our stamp collecting clients.

Some Other Points

If you are puzzled by the * which appears at the end of many of our descriptions , it denotes that the item is available in blocks of four at a cost of 3.5 x the cost of four. Other abbreviations used in our descriptions are :

SG = Stanley Gibbons, Sc = Scott, Mi = Michel, Yv = Yvert, Dom = Domfil

mnh = mint never hinged
u/m = unmounted mint
cto = cancelled to order
m/s = mini sheet
s/s souvenir sheet,
perf = perforate,
imperf = imperforate,
opt = overprint(ed)

Illegal Issues

As a general stamps dealer, we have no way of knowing, nor can guarantee the authenticity of modern issues. Most stamps are produced by agencies but some are done so without Government or Official authorisation, and as such are deemed to be illegal. These, along with Local issues, Local carriage labels and other 'Cinderella' items should not be used in competitions. We list them as many collectors are happy to include them in their thematic collections together with match box labels, cigarette and trade cards, postcards and the like. If in doubt please contact us - we will be happy to advise.
